Every year, the Annual Conference recognizes laypersons from local churches who give exemplary service above and beyond the call of duty. These persons’ names are printed in the pre-conference workbook that goes to every Annual Conference delegate, and subsequently the names are also printed in Conference Journal. That document is kept in perpetuity and bears witness throughout history to the effective work of those persons in their respective churches.

If you know some, as yet, unsung hero in our church whom you would like to nominate, please download the form from this page, fill it out and turn it in to the office. You may also stop by the church office to pick up a form.

A number of people will be selected from among these nominations and forwarded to the conference lay leader.
